Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book?
Not for most of it. The Sauna Lounge, the boots and the mobility area take walk-ins outside peak hours; if you would rather have the time held, book online. Red light and the chamber are booking only: one private room, one chamber.
What is in the Sauna Lounge?
Three rooms on one ticket: the sauna, the cold plunge and the jacuzzi. Fifty minutes, €15.95, taken in whatever order suits you.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, towels, flip-flops and something to drink. Bring a spare towel to sit on in the sauna. There are showers and changing rooms here.
How do I pay?
Card or cash at the desk. The prices on this page include VAT.
Can we come as a group?
Yes. A group session gives everyone the Sauna Lounge, the compression lounge and the mobility area for an hour and a half. Groups of up to fourteen pay €20 each; groups of fifteen to twenty pay €17 each. Everyone must be sixteen or over. Call 083 159 3350 and we will hold the time. Group bookings take a deposit.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, at the desk or by message.
Is there an age limit?
Guests are sixteen and over.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move a booking up to six hours before it starts, from the link in your confirmation email.
